MCHS Inducts 29 New Members into the National Technical Honor Society

NTHS Inductees

Marlboro County High School CATE department inducted 29 students to the National Technical Honor Society on Thursday, May 30. The NTHS Mission is: To honor student achievement and leadership in career and technical education, promote educational excellence, award scholarships, and enhance career opportunities for the NTHS membership. The NTHS Vision is: To be the international leader in providing recognition for excellence in Career and Technical Education. The following inductees met the criteria of a 3.5 or higher GPA in all their CATE classes, 3.0 overall GPA in all academics, achieved CATE completer status, and met attendance standards.  

Congratulations to the following Seniors:  

Desiree Baldwin, Autumn Barrington, Elijah Blair, Ta’vion Boatwright, Anniyah Brown, DaMario Brown, Damian Bruce, Kwansha Byrd, Justin Caulder, Tiara Chavis, Tyler Chavis, Celsey Dew, Daniel Green, Dinah Inglis, Johnathan Jacobs, Elizabeth Jenkins, Aniya King, Phillip Locklear, Breyonda Lowery, Ashlee Lucas, Ra’Shon McLain, DeAngelo Martinez, Brantley Miller, Edwone Patterson, Shannon Preston, Tyrese Quick, Germanye Sinkler, Dalton Sweatt, and Daniel Turner.                                                              

Following the NTHS and Completer program, a reception was entertained by the CATE department.
