MCHS DECA is in the Pink!
MCHS DECA attended SC DECA Fall Leadership Saturday, October 4 to PINK out Carowinds in support and fight of Cancer. Forty students of the MCHS DECA attended morning workshops in professional dress, community service, leadership/communication qualities and competition preparation

Francis Marion Interview Day 2019
Francis Marion Interview Day was held at Marlboro County High School Tuesday, September 24, 2019. Eighteen seniors completed an application. Two students, Noah Murphy received an acceptance letter and Payton Sellers was accepted into the honors program to receive the most prestigious scholarship, The McNair Scholarship with the opportunity to study aboard.

Color Run
DECA Run for Color!
The Marlboro County High School DECA club joined with the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Department and Sheriff Lemon to bring the community a Run for Color event on Saturday September 14 at MCHS football stadium.

Students Attend Anti-Bullying Summit
On Friday September 13th, Four of our scholars (Brionna Goins, Haley Branton, Hakeem Stanback, and Shylexis) along with Mrs. Brayboy and other students and staff within the District participated in the Anti-Bullying Summit, held at the Columbia Convention Center by the South Carolina Board of Education.

MCHS Inducts 29 New Members into the National Technical Honor Society
Marlboro County High School CATE department inducted 29 students to the National Technical Honor Society on Thursday, May 30. The NTHS Mission is: To honor student achievement and leadership in career and technical education, promote educational excellence, award scholarships, and enhance career opportunities for the NTHS membership
